First Combo Kitchen Location to Open in Miami’s Brickell Area

Miami, FL. September 25, 2020 – Combo Kitchen has acquired their first location in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood and will be featuring well-known brands such as Taco Rico and Poke Mahi with the flexibility to incorporate more concepts in the near future.

Located at S.W. 8th Street, Miami. FL., 33130, this location has shown tremendous potential for the establishment of multiple concepts under one kitchen. Miami’s famous 8th street (Calle Ocho) boasts a remarkable amount of traffic on a daily basis which can translate into customers very easily.

The location will cater to a multi-cultural demographic which displays ample opportunity to capture and grow a large customer base. Combo Kitchen’s plan for developing the location includes several strategies in local advertising and community outreach.

Acquiring the venue was a strategic move by the Combo Kitchen Operations Team and they are confident the location will do very well once the brands are fully established and ready to serve their food. Taking after the Ghost Kitchen concept, this location will be operating for take out and delivery only and will service areas like Downtown Brickell, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and The Roads.

Both Poke Mahi and Taco Tico concepts will be put into one kitchen while making full use of kitchen space, staff, and POS systems that will be setup for optimal food delivery and take our services. Combo Kitchen’s ghost kitchen strategy involves offering the local Miami community a taste of different flavors and styles of food from one centralized location.
